Brickwise Cost Consultant is an independent quantity surveying and cost consultancy practice serving clients across Saudi Arabia, the GCC and international markets. We provide the commercial and contractual expertise that allows developers, contractors, consultants and asset owners to build with financial certainty.
Our work spans the full project lifecycle. We are engaged at feasibility stage to test whether a scheme is viable, through design development to keep it affordable, into procurement to secure competitive and defensible pricing, and across delivery to control expenditure, administer contracts and settle final accounts fairly.

We are a specialist practice, not a generalist one. Quantity surveying, cost management and commercial administration are our entire focus — which is precisely why our clients rely on our judgement in situations where the numbers matter most.
