Who We Are
Brickwise Cost Consultants is a specialist measurement studio and cost consultancy supporting developers, asset owners, contractors and professional consultants across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. We combine specialist measurement capability with quantity surveying, cost planning and wider commercial expertise to give clients greater clarity and confidence in their project costs.
Our work spans the project lifecycle, from early feasibility and RIBA Stages 1–2 cost planning through design development, detailed measurement and procurement, and into construction, commercial management and final account. Whether engaged for a defined package or broader commercial support, we provide structured, evidence-based advice aligned with the requirements of each project.
What We Do
We bring together specialist measurement, cost planning and commercial expertise to support projects from early design through to commercial close-out.
Our core capability spans Building & Architectural, Civil, Structural and MEP measurement, alongside pre-contract cost planning, quantity surveying, tender and procurement support, contract administration, commercial management, value engineering and commercial assurance.
We work across construction and building works, civil infrastructure, hospitality, high-specification fit-out, residential communities, commercial assets and industrial facilities. Our approach adapts to the scale, complexity, procurement route and information available on each commission.
How We Work
Independence, accuracy and transparency underpin how we work. We provide objective assessments of cost, measurement and contractual position, supported by clear evidence and professional judgement.
Our deliverables are structured, auditable and traceable. Quantities are referenced to their source information, estimates identify assumptions and exclusions, and valuations and commercial assessments can be reconciled through a clear audit trail. Our processes are designed to provide confidence to clients, project teams and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
We also operate a defined QA/QC process, with deliverables subject to review and sign-off before issue.
Our Regional Understanding
Working effectively across the Middle East and Asia requires more than technical competence. It requires an understanding of local procurement practices, contractual frameworks, supply chains, material logistics and the commercial environment in which projects are delivered.
Brickwise combines internationally recognised professional standards with practical regional understanding. Our measurement and cost planning services can be aligned with NRM1, NRM2, POMI and CESMM4, alongside client-specific measurement rules and coding structures. Our wider commercial services can be delivered within FIDIC and other recognised forms of contract, supported by an approach aligned with RICS professional principles.
